Key personnel:

Dr. Markus Lettau is head of research and development at AURO Pflanzenchemie AG. His expertise is the synthesis of biopolymers for the use in paints and coatings. He obtained his PhD in Chemical Science from the Technical University of Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the field of synthesis and characterization of polymers synthesized by controlled radical polymerization.

Relevant expertise:

Development of in house used, physically drying binder Replebin® which was funded by a ZIM Solo project, as a replacement for a chemically drying binder. Modifying of binders for the paint industry by radical polymerization.
